The human body is also the human organrtertjwkerjiewjrtierkteoirjijirj jtiwitwjtoiwetism it contains two arms, two legs, torso, head, and neck. These parts of the body can grow as you reach adulthood. Did you know that males average height of 5"7 - 5"11 and the average height for female is 5"2 - 5"7. Many people would like to know why males are taller than females it's really no explaination why they are but most people would like a taller and more stronger male in there household or as a partner. Inside the human body there are systems known as digestive, respiratory, circulatory, nervous, muscular, and skeletal but i will tell you about that later on in the information that i am given you. :)

The human body is made up white blood cells and red blood cells. The red blood cells also known as erythrocytes and also the most common blood cells, it also delivers oxygen to the body tissue. They are red and shaped liked donuts and floats through the body. Then we have the white blood cells also known as leukocytes they are cells of the immune system helps defend the body against diseases it is also shaped like a sponge.

Ways to keep the body healthy

  1. Sleep 7-8 hours a night

  2. Exercise

  3. Vitamins is also good to think about when you are trying to go on a diet

Digestive System

It is series of hollow organs joined in a long, twisting tube from the mouth to the anus—and other organs that help the body break down and absorb food.It is important so that when you when you eat food such as meat, bread, and vegetables the body can use as nourishment. When it comes to food digestion it involves mixing food with digestive juices, moving it through the digestive tract, and breaking down large molecules of food into smaller molecules. There are also 3 main hormones that control digestion Gastrin, Secretin, and CCK

Gastrin- is a hormone that stimulated secretion of acid

Secretin-is a hormone that controls the secretions into the duodenum also seperated by water homeostasis

CCK- is peptide hormones 0f the gastrin

Respiratory System

this system includes lungs and oxygen exchange right along with the nose. Molecule of oxygen and carbon dioxide are passively exchanged, by diffusion, between the gaseous external environment and the Blood. Also i bet you didn't know that animals also have theses systems.

Circulatory Systems

This is a organ that passes through the nutrients, gases, Hormones, and blood cells and passes throught the body to fight deseases and help maintain body tempeture. It is also part of the blood and the heart and vessels and chambers and valves. the heart chamber hollows cavities or comportments that can fill with blood

- upper chamber are artia

- lower chamber one ventricles

the heart valves control the flow of the blood through the heart and prevent backflow. the blood vessels have two different kinds called veins and arteries and also the passeageway for blood.

-Arteries are the largest in the aorta and carry blood away from the heart towards capillaries and have a thicker muscle layer of veins and also pumps blood and have no valves.

-Veins the largest one is the superior and inferior vena cava and carry the blood away from capillaries have a thinner muscles layer and contains valves

Nervous system

This specilize the neurons and also controls the action of you and your movement and causes you to act a certain way do to the nerves you have

Muscular System

it is the anatomical system of a species that allows it to move the system is vertebrates that is controlled through the nervous systems. There are three distinct types of muscles: skeletal muscles, cardiac or heart muscles, and smooth (non-striated) muscles. Muscles provide strength, balance, posture, movement and heat for the body to keep warm.

Skeletal Systems

The Skeletal systems is mainly what it is called it is about the bones of the human body and we all know pretty much if we break a bone can be very hard to prepare. is tough and flexible. It supports weight and protects our internal organs. Bone tissue stores minerals, such as calcium, and it is constantly renewed, which is how our bones are able to heal.

Bones are cleverly designed to allow movement at the joints and provide great stability. The bones provide a light but strong framework for the bodies soft tissues.
